Finally an Xbox Red Lights Fix That Actually Works

Since the incident first came about I was dreading that I would even have to look for a way to fix my Xbox. We’ve all heard of it and if you haven’t you are now, its call the Xbox Red Lights problem, or more specifically the Xbox 360 3 Red Lights problem.

After hearing and reading many horror stories of the cost and time it would take to ship it to Microsoft, let them dilly dally around finally get around to fixing it, I decided to seek a different method for fixing my Xbox 360, one that was cheap and faster than what Microsoft could provide. Now I’m no internet searching guru but it wasn’t hard to find the many ebooks online about fixing my 3 red lights error on my xbox, so I began to look at each on, some of the websites I looked at for the xbox ebooks appeared to me as if a kid put them together, I may be looking for a cheap way to fix my Xbox but I’m not about to waste my money and time on a book that doesn’t even look somewhat professional and that knows what they are doing.

Finally, I talked to a few close friends of mine were also looking around at the different xbox 360 repair guides, one of them purchased an ebook that I decided I wasn’t going to purchase, do to the fact that it didn’t look like a quality xbox repair manual to me (or atleast the site didn’t look trustworthy enough). There were two books left that I was deciding upon, so my best friend and I decided that I would buy one book and he would purchase the other book and between the three of us we could see which one helped us the most.

So we each purchased a repair guide and began to read them and follow the instructions, while timing it with a clock. From the time I first touched my Xbox to begin the process of repairing the 3 red lights problem until the time it was actually fixed took me exactly 43 minutes and 19 seconds. So I immediately called my friends and told them mine was fixed and they were in disbelief but non-the-less they diligently continued their quest to fix their Xbox. Two hours later I called both of them back and they were still having trouble, friend #1 said the instructions in his book just didn’t explained things clear enough, friend #2 followed the instructions twice all the way to completion and at the end of the second time around got his up and running.

I told my friend #1 to bring his over and I’ll fix it, so about 15 minutes later he showed up on my door step and brought his Xbox in and in what seemed like about 20-25 minutes we had his up and going, all by following the instructions of the Xbox Repair Guide that I ended up buying. We were all finally happy and later friend #1 returned his repair manual due to the fact that he never was able to fix his Xbox with that guide.

The reason I am sharing this with you is because out of all three guides, the one I chose was the simplest and most accurate instructions when it came to fixing my Xbox. Not to mention, it didn’t take me very long at all, I was back to gaming long before either of my friends had even finished fixing there console.

You might be asking yourself what book was it that I purchased? That’s a good question, so let me answer it for you. You can find more information about the guide that I chose by going to the Xbox 360 Repair Manual page where I list more of the cool things I noticed it had that the others did not and you will also find out how to get that guide just for yourself.

I plan on putting more tips and finding other resources that will help you fix different problems with your Xbox, so stay tuned or even sign up for my RSS if you would like to be updated.

Good Luck and Happy Gaming
